MY THERAPY STYLE

I focus on working toward specific goals, developing adaptive behaviors, and identifying values that help you to lead a more meaningful, purposeful, and balanced life.

From my perspective, therapy is a space where vulnerability, processing, and healing occur in a personalized environment as we connect with the various different parts of ourselves.

In therapy together, we will learn how to effectively manage external challenges and obstacles, while also better understanding our internal world.

I use a relational, culturally informed, evidence-based therapy style that best matches your specific needs and works with your individual lived experiences.
